The Senior Core Non-Default Specialist is primarily responsible for creating and refining business requirements, managing high‑profile projects and vendors, performing QA/QC, researching complex issues, ensuring procedures and policies are current, providing assistance and training co‑workers.

• Make business process recommendations and implement changes across the department as appropriate
• Independently create department‑wide communication, plans and implementations
• Perform department in‑line QC and prepare/present quality and performance metrics to management
• Analyze QC results and drive cross‑departmental remediation efforts
• Implement processes that assist with the increase of quality and production metrics
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Loan Boarding experience
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create databases and query data is a plus
• Strong mortgage non‑default servicing experience required
