Overview
Client Relationship Consultant – U.S. Bank – building relationships with customers through in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide best counsel with a digital‑first mindset.
Responsibilities- Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and education on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, gathering and processing account information and making suitable product recommendations.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, digital services, and training partners to best serve clients.
- Leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one to two years of retail banking or related experience.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
- Background checks, including criminal and credit history, consistent with NMLS requirements.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Effective engagement and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Proactive and reactive recommendation skills that meet customers’ needs.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
Position requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.27 per hour.
