- Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math, must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $28 - $31 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
