Job Title: Account Manager

Location: CA - Westlake Village

As an Account Manager you will be accountable for the operational management of client relationships. You’ll provide quality service by maintaining client accounts, managing pipeline, monitoring aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed.

• Manage a pipeline of 100–125 active units, maintaining constant client contact to keep them aware of outstanding conditions, approaching deadlines, and supporting the forward movement of files through excellent communication, including managing loan locks and expirations.
• Meet KPI goals set by leadership, such as response time, customer service quality, production, and guideline proficiency. Handle a high call/email volume, prioritize tasks, answer product questions, and resolve customer service issues, effectively answering ~90% of client inquiries.
• Review documentation, clear or create conditions as needed, and manage all withdraw/cancellation requests.
• Run daily reporting, manage aged loans, and oversee seller pipelines toward funding.

• 2+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations, Originations, Wholesale Mortgage Lending, Client Facing, or similar field.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry in correspondent or retail lending, including sales, operations, capital markets, or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products.
• Intermediate experience with client or customer‑facing mortgage in the correspondent or wholesale space, mortgage loan processing, or underwriting experience.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Hourly range for new hires is generally $30.40 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
