ABL Portfolio Manager

The ABL Portfolio Manager partners closely with Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers to effectively manage a portfolio of ABL credit relationships. The role supports revenue growth by deepening existing customer relationships and collaborating with Underwriting to close new business opportunities. Manages an assigned portfolio by monitoring credit risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting customer credit needs through underwriting and transaction execution while partnering with internal teams.

Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, escalates risk concerns, collaborates across functions, and supports team development through mentoring and training.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

• Travel is required less than 10% of time.
• Three or more years of ABL portfolio management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ABL commercial/corporate lending and credit standards, policies, procedures and products, including financial statements, field exams, appraisals, and borrowing bases.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
