We are an independent financial advisory firm based in Westlake Village, CA, seeking a part-time Client Service Associate with prior experience in the financial services industry. • Support day-to-day client service needs, including account maintenance, money movement, and document preparation
• Liaise with custodians (e.g., LPL) to process client requests
• Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-ups
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion

• 2+ years of experience in a financial services or investment advisory setting
• Familiarity with custodians such as LPL Financial or similar platforms preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Series 7 or 65 is a plus, but not required
• Location: On-site in Westlake Village, CA
• Schedule: Part-time (approx. 15–25 hours/week), flexible within standard business hours
• Compensation: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
