Senior Vice President, Fiduciary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President, Fiduciary to lead fiduciary governance and risk oversight for its trust and wealth platforms. In this executive role, you will set policies and standards, ensure compliance with fiduciary regulations, and oversee complex trust, estate, and investment structures. You will collaborate with risk, legal, product, and operations teams to safeguard client interests, drive process and digital innovation, and represent fiduciary matters with regulators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for fiduciary governance across trust and wealth platforms.
• Set and oversee fiduciary policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary laws, regulations, and internal risk frameworks.
• Partner with product, legal, risk, and operations teams to manage complex fiduciary matters.
• Guide reviews of client accounts, investments, and estate/trust structures for fiduciary suitability.
• Represent fiduciary interests in senior risk, audit, and regulatory discussions.
• Lead and develop high-performing fiduciary and risk-focused teams.
• Drive process improvement and digital/data innovation in fiduciary oversight.
