Junior Associate Investment Banking

I'm working on an exciting Investment Banking opportunity with a highly regarded platform in San Francisco, currently looking to hire a Junior Associate to join its growing Consumer team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their banking career and gain significant exposure to live M&A and strategic transactions, working closely with senior bankers, clients, and management teams.

The team offers a highly hands-on environment with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and develop strong execution and client-facing skills.

The role will involve:

• Executing live M&A and strategic transactions
• Building and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
• Preparing client presentations, marketing materials, and other deal documentation
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
• Working closely with senior bankers, clients, and management teams
• Taking on significant responsibility within a lean, fast-paced deal team

They are looking for someone with strong Investment Banking experience, excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, and a genuine interest in the Consumer sector (no prior sector experience needed). Candidates should be comfortable operating in a demanding, high-performance environment and be ready to take on increased responsibility.
