BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Coverage to manage key institutional and corporate client relationships in our global Finance & Insurance business. You will act as a strategic partner, understanding client objectives and delivering tailored custody, investment, and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include leading client reviews, coordinating with product, risk, and operations teams, and ensuring strong service and risk management. You will leverage analytics to identify opportunities, support cross-sell, and contribute to continuous improvement in a diverse, collaborative, and learning-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients.
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored custody, investment, and data solutions.
- Monitor client activity, performance, and risk, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with product, operations, risk, and technology teams to resolve complex client needs.
- Prepare and deliver client reviews, reporting, and strategic account plans.
- Support cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth and client retention.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk-management standards.
- Leverage data insights to enhance client service and coverage strategies.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital adoption for clients.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices across global teams.
