About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and empathetic Virtual Skin Care Consultant to join their expanding team, serving clients nationwide from the comfort of their own homes. This remote role is crucial for providing personalized skincare advice, product recommendations, and virtual consultations to help clients achieve their skin health goals. You will leverage your expertise in dermatology and cosmetic science to guide clients through product selection and treatment plans, fostering a sense of confidence and well-being.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong virtual relationships, contributing to our client's mission of making expert skincare accessible to everyone, regardless of their location within South Africa .

• Conduct comprehensive virtual skin assessments and consultations via video calls or secure messaging platforms.
• Provide tailored recommendations for skincare products, routines, and lifestyle adjustments based on individual client needs and concerns.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, ingredients, and the benefits of various treatments.
• Track client progress, follow up regularly, and adjust recommendations as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology, cosmetic ingredients, and skincare trends through continuous research.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records within the company's CRM system.

• A degree in Dermatology, Esthetics, or a related field; or equivalent professional certification with significant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing skincare role, such as an Esthetician, Skin Therapist, or Consultant.
• Deep understanding of various skin types, conditions, and effective treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and empathy skills, essential for remote client interaction.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and CRM software.
