PT Front Office Patient Liaison

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part‑time Front Office Patient Liaison to join our physical therapy team in Thousand Oaks. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Prior medical or physical therapy office experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary commensurate with experience.

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collect payments and assist with basic billing questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system.
• Perform general front office and administrative duties.
• Assist with light marketing and community outreach efforts as needed.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and office systems (EMR experience helpful but not required).
