Position SummaryWe are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ashland, MO. The PTA will assist in the delivery of therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in accordance with licensure laws and APTA standards.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct and motivate patients in exercises, activities, and self‑care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the therapy team, physicians, and facility staff
- Demonstrate Concept Rehab’s values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in daily practice
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
- Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care
