• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions using Raintree, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
