Key Responsibilities- Provide social work services to patients and families

- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare standards
- Minimum of 3 years of professional social work experience
- Valid Social Worker License
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings
- Strong knowledge of community resources and support programs
