A program in SoCal that assists children and families within their communities through its many Child and Family Centers therapeutic and educational programs is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. They deliver services in Service Areas 2 (San Fernando Valley) and 5 (West Los Angeles). They employ multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-linguistic staff, including psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed mental health professionals, Masters level therapists, and Bachelors level personnel supervised by licensed clinical experts.

The facility is located in the NW LA Area and is close to Los Angeles Valley College.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician is expected to work on Mondays or Wednesdays from 9-6 PM for an 8-hour day each week. Onsite coverage is preferred, though they are open to tele/hybrid coverage. The EMR is Weilligent, and they will be expected to treat kids (ages 13-17, which makes up about 90% of what they will treat) and adults (10%).
