Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff. Maintain a safe and clean patient environment. Support mobility and transfer assistance for residents. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Provide compassionate care while following facility protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Current and valid CNA license in CA BLS certification required LTC/SNF experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills
