Reporting to a Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Hospital Occupational Therapist will be supported by experienced supervisors, collaborative rehab aides and OTAs, and friendly nurses across medical‑surgical units, step‑down, ICU, ortho, neuro, and cardiac floors. Within this multidisciplinary team of physicians, PT, SLP, case management, and social work, the Hospital Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat diverse caseloads, lead early mobility and functional retraining, guide caregiver education, contribute to safe discharge planning, and deliver timely, accurate documentation in a culture that values mentorship, manageable assignments, and clinical growth.
