Jay Nolan Community Service - - Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one direct support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to help them achieve independence.;
Act as a mentor and role model to support socially appropriate interactions.;
Assist individuals in home and community activities to maintain safety and well-being.;
Implement the individual's Support Plan (ISP) as developed.;
Help individuals establish daily/weekly schedules to maximize independence.
