This Contract role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support functions. • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic, insurance, and medical information into electronic health record systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations as needed.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Process payments and co-pays according to established procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
• Assist patients with forms, questions, and general office needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth patient flow and operations.
