Work Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Saturday shifts involve inpatient coverage only

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a dynamic role at Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas, CA.

This role primarily focuses on outpatient rehabilitation services
, with occasional inpatient therapy coverage
. The therapist will work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions to restore mobility and improve functional independence.

90% Outpatient Therapy
10% Inpatient Care

Facility Type:
Critical Access Hospital (CAH)

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Assist patients with post-operative rehabilitation and injury recovery
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Active Physical Therapist License (required at submission – facility willing to wait for licensing)
• BLS Certification

• Experience in outpatient or mixed inpatient/outpatient therapy settings
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills

Every Other Weekend (EOW) schedule
Travelers may be first to float to other qualified units if needed

Cancellation Policy
Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
Alternatively, facility may choose to pay for a scheduled shift instead of canceling
