Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Services, Quincy, California

About the Role- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional performance and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
- Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred
