POSITION SUMMARY:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to students with diverse needs. The BCBA will work collaboratively with teachers, staff, parents, and other professionals to develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans that promote positive student outcomes.
CERTIFICATION and LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) certified bythe Behavior Analyst Certification Board(BACB)
- State of Connecticut Department of Public Health Board-Certified Behavior Analyst License
- This role is a 10-month academic year position, with 20 additional hours during the summer break.
- Compensation is based on experience
- Additional compensation for RBT Supervision
