Herewith Caregivers - - Responsibilities:
Provide in-home non-medical caregiving to support the client’s safe rehab transition at home daily visits;
Assist with showers and restroom tasks and mobility with walker;
Help with transfers and getting in/out of shower with shower chair available;
Support client with activities of daily living as they transition from rehab;
Maintain client safety and dignity while delivering care and communicating with family
