Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and enhance physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Ensure that treatment programs align with department objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
