We provide innovative solutions in behavioral health, program management, technology, and professional services, always guided by our commitment to People First. Mission Always.

We are proud to support programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities across the country.

About the Role

Big skies. Endless sunshine. Flexible work with lasting impact.

Looking for meaningful work without the commitment of a full-time schedule? Whether you're growing a private practice, looking for supplemental income, easing into retirement, or simply seeking greater flexibility, Blue Rose has an opportunity that fits your lifestyle.

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to join our PRN/On-Demand team supporting unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in El Centro, California.

Every shift gives you the opportunity to help children who have overcome incredible challenges begin to heal, regain hope, and build brighter futures.

Looking for a quieter pace of life without sacrificing meaningful work? El Centro offers affordable living, over 300 days of sunshine each year, and easy access to San Diego, Palm Springs, the mountains, and Arizona, making it a hidden gem in Southern California.

Licensed in another state? Great! We welcome independently licensed clinicians from all 50 states and U.S. territories and will assist with obtaining California licensure, including reimbursement of applicable licensing fees.
