Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'lldeliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

You'llwork under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with theoptionto grow.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings
  • Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
  • Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
  • Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
  • Support skill generalization across environments

Pay Range
