Qualifications:- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license. Out-of-state SLPs encouraged—willingness to apply for California licensure required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in school settings or working with early childhood/elementary caseloads (PreK & Kindergarten).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff.
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for approximately 25–35 PreK & Kindergarten students.
- Develop and implement IEPs and progress reports.
- Foster supportive relationships with students and families.
- Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.
- Remain compliant with California school district regulations and best practices.
