Hearts & Minds Inc. is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Professional to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting in Valley Center, CA. The role includes helping with daily living tasks, household chores, and personal care under supervision, with a $16.00–$20.00 hourly pay and a 90-day hiring bonus.
Availability includes Monday–Friday shifts (2pm–10pm, 4pm–12am, or 12pm–8pm). Must be 18+, pass health and background screenings, and hold a valid California driver’s license.
