Job Description

Join Right at Home Monterey Bay, a leading home care franchise system, as we seek compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team! With immediate openings available, we are looking for caring individuals who share our mission of providing exceptional care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting.

As a Home Care Aide (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, showering, dressing, and shaving
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
• Assisting with medication reminders and prescribed range of motion exercises
• Performing light housekeeping activities and meal preparation
• Providing dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• 1 year of experience in caregiving (family members or professional)
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
• Willing to complete all onboarding paperwork
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
