Caregiver, Home Care, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care

Papa John's is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes. In this personal care role, you'll assist with daily living activities, companionship, light meal prep, errands, and safety monitoring while promoting dignity and independence. You'll communicate observations to families or supervisors, follow care plans, and uphold Papa John's people-first values of respect, teamwork, and service. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently with diverse clients in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting as allowed by policy)
• Support light meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and organizing client spaces
• Run local errands or accompany clients to appointments as needed
• Monitor client safety and report changes in condition promptly
• Follow individualized care plans and documentation requirements
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and care teams
• Uphold Papa John's standards of respect, reliability, and service
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with safety protocols
