Lakeport Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing rehab team.

Location:

Lakeport Post Acute - Lakeport, CA. Pay: $50-$55/hour

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist
• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

• Active California COTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
