Role Overview:
An experienced Surgical Tech is needed for a fast-paced perioperative/operating room setting.
- Prepare and organize sterile supplies and instruments for surgical procedures
- Maintain the sterile field throughout each case
- Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and handing sterile instruments and supplies during procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience
- Graduate of an ORT training program or at least 3 years of surgical experience
- Experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures across various surgical specialties (e.g., GYN, General, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Uro)
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Minimum of one year OR Tech experience
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, and excellent teamwork skills.
