Comfort Keepers San Diego is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to provide compassionate in home support for seniors. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, safety monitoring, and companionship throughout overnight shifts. You will follow individualized care plans, document observations, and communicate changes to supervisors and families. Responsibilities
- Provide overnight in home care and supervision for seniors
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare light meals and snacks as needed
- Provide medication reminders per care plan
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client safety and respond to needs promptly
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
- Report changes in client condition to supervisor or family
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
