Location: Templeton
Position Overview
Responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensure in practice state; foreign equivalent acceptable.
- Minimum of two years' occupational therapy experience preferred.
- Licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy and CPR/BLS from approved vendors.
- Conduct evaluations to assess patient needs, utilizing clinical techniques and tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation within required deadlines.
- Supervise assigned assistants and perform additional related duties as needed.
