Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.

Gurnick Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cardiac Sonography (Ultrasound) Instructor who are team players and available to work at our Sacramento, CA Campus.

Full-Time, Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000/year

Part-Time, Hourly Range: $45.00-$55.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teach classes according to the assigned schedule

Follow the Syllabus and Daily Lesson Plans Teach students scanning techniques and approaches

Monitor students scanning progress

Evaluate student progress and assist with student growth and success with scanning

Maintain current Continuing Medical Education (CME) according to the ARDMS requirements

Requirements AS Degree, BS Degree preferredARDMS, RDCS, Current licensure in good standing within their discipline

Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a staff sonographer at an imaging facility/hospital/clinic1-3 Years Experience as an instructor preferred
