You'll support children in developing communication, problem-solving, and social skills.
We're hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers.
As an RBT at BTS, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child's home, clinic, or school, lasting 2-3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you're comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.
Yourresponsibilities include:
- Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
- Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
- Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
- Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

Qualifications- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
- 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
- Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
- Preferred:
Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field. - Spanish-speaking is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
- Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.

- If you do not have an RBT/ABAT/OR BCAT certification, you must complete a 40-hour RBT training course prior to employment.
- Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT as a requirement for continued employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- This job requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
