We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to develop and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
Key responsibilitiesinclude conducting evaluations, creating individualized care plans, providing therapy interventions using appropriate techniques, and ensuring effective communication of discharge plans. The therapist also supervises assistants and maintains accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
Qualificationsrequired are a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent, valid state licensure
, CPR/BLS certification
, and a driver’s license with a minimum age of 21.
