We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Following individualized service plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
- Effective communication with families and care team members is required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18+.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
