Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Manager

Healthy At Home Caregivers is seeking an experienced Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead business development, expand referral partnerships, and increase access to home care services throughout Orange County and surrounding Southern California communities. This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who understands California's community-based healthcare system, enjoys building meaningful professional relationships, and is passionate about connecting seniors and vulnerable adults with services that allow them to remain safely and independently in their homes.

Success in this role comes from becoming a trusted community resource, educating referral partners, and creating long-term partnerships that improve access to care.
