Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities. Additionally, the role involves supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is a vital part of the job.
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
