Role Summary
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships. Your key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care settings, you'll create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.

- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
