The ideal candidate will perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

The role involves coordinating, managing, providing, and delegating patient care.

Responsible for meeting established Standards of Nursing Practice and promoting cooperation among the health care team.

Essential functions include participating in committees, promoting good guest relations, and addressing personal needs effectively.

Maintaining current professional licenses and certifications as required is essential.

Demonstrating knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures is required.

Conducting all hospital business with a high standard of ethical behavior is imperative.

Reliability as evidenced by attendance records and punctuality is expected.

Completing work within the allotted time is important.

Demonstrating skill in the use of equipment and understanding its limitations is essential.

Effective communication with physicians, patients, families, and employees is crucial.
