Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Responsibilities include following individualized service plans, documenting changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence, and engaging residents through conversation and activities.
You will support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
