This role owns the tactical medical affairs plan for the CSU and MS Phase 2 programs end-to-end — from advisory input and KOL engagement through investigator relationships, field medical guidance, and evidence generation planning — and will expand scope as additional I&I assets advance through Phase 2.

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Medical Affairs – Immunology to lead medical strategy and execution for the company's Phase 2 immunology and inflammation (I&I) assets, with initial focus on bexobrutideg (NX-5948), an oral BTK degrader advancing into Phase 2 development in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) as part of Nurix's global collaboration with Roche. 2. Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs, I&I, this leader will operate as the day-to-day scientific and strategic lead for the CSU and MS indications, translating emerging clinical and mechanism-of-action data into credible medical narratives for allergists, immunologists, dermatologists, neurologists and academic investigators. The role partners closely with Hematology, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Nurix's co-development partner Roche to ensure medical activities are aligned with the development plan and conducted compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Medical Affairs tactical plan for bexobrutideg in CSU and MS, including medical messaging, advisory boards, congress strategy, publication planning, and scientific engagement priorities, in partnership with the Head of Medical Affairs, I&I.
  • Translate Phase 1/2 clinical and translational data (e.g., BTK degradation, FcεRI-driven biology) into clear, credible medical narratives for external and internal audiences.
  • Provide Medical guidance to the Field Medical team supporting the Immunology Pipeline including education priorities, scientific training, and KOL engagement objectives.
  • Build relationships with select key opinion leaders, allergists, immunologists, dermatologists, neurologists and academic investigators relevant to CSU, MS and the broader I&I portfolio.
