Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering a safe, dignified, and engaging environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. They promote safety, independence, and meaningful engagement through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Support residents in daily activities and personal care
• Engage residents socially and through activities
• Maintain safety, dignity, and independence
• Assist with dining and environment upkeep
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Create enriching experiences in Memory Care
