Inpatient Phlebotomist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will:
- Draw blood samples from patients (fingers, heels, or veins) using aseptic techniques.
- Ensure accurate collection of the correct type and amount of specimen.
- Document all requests and accurately release lab work results.
- Notify physicians promptly of released lab results.
- Manage appropriate routing, handling, and processing of various medical specimens.
- Order, distribute, and maintain stock of supplies as needed.
- Train and provide performance feedback for other lab assistants.
- Handle a daily patient load of 60–80 individuals with efficiency and care.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in blood draws and sample collection techniques.
- Familiarity with outpatient and inpatient phlebotomy practices.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
