As a SYNERGY Home Care caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Providing medication reminders

• Assisting with mobility and daily routines

• Accompanying clients to appointments and errands when needed

• Building positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members

• Providing reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years or older

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Successful completion of a required background check
