Care Manager

Location: Westlake Village

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their independence, safety, and dignity. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized care plans, document changes, and support residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Communication with families and care team members is essential, ensuring a high quality of life for residents.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
