We're seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner
. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support.

• Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines)
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators
• Document observations and any concerns during support hours

• CNA, Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform

• Consistent weekly hours at $25/hour
• Stable scheduling tailored to the client's care plan

• Independence with the backing of a clinical care team
