Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) to work as a generalist across multiple laboratory departments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performing testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, and Blood Bank
• Producing accurate and timely laboratory results
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced laboratory equipment
• Following quality-control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Supporting high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
• Required:
  
  Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Preferred: ASCP certification as an MLS or MT
• Preferred:
  Generalist experience
• Willingness to work across all major laboratory departments
